Daily arm curls ⬇️ This is one of the original fitness dailies. The full name is “5-minute daily arm curls.” 5 minutes because this is how long the task of simply picking up a set of dumbbells and just refusing to put them down until you have 100 curls in on each arm takes the average person. When selecting the weight, pick the maximum weight you can barely complete this task with. You should be right on the edge of failing the last few reps with your grip strength giving out - (this also builds the heck out of your forearms). 5 min daily arm curls were one of the OG original fitness dailies. I did this for approximately the length of what would later become “one full season” of fitness dailies which is 90 days… about 3 months… the length of one typical solar season. Having 1-3 fitness dailies in your back pocket you leverage in addition to what you’re already doing (whether that is a lot or not very much… a full workout split or nothing) is a great way to target growth in specific areas or just pick up the slack in places you’re lacking. This is how I got literally every aspect of my physique that was stubborn for me to develop. My core comes to mind. 10-minute daily leg raises absolutely transformed my core and waistline… this is why I always use these two fitness dailies (10-minute daily leg raises and 5-minute daily arm curls) as examples. They were utterly transformative for me and what built the fitness daily concept. Fitness dailies are on average 5 or 10 minutes a piece, although if you’re feeling ambitious some dailies involve big compound movements like bench press, dips, pull-ups, barbell rows, and even squats in the program and these are usually 20 minutes a piece. The point is they’re all pretty short… and at the cost of 5 or 10 minutes per day, you can look back on some nice results in 90 days. Start investing!
