I’m going down a surly rabbit hole…brought me here coach…this is great validation. Is surly the thru hikers (who may want to bikepack) choice? Seems like it from my initial research (versus say Trek or Giant or Specialized or Canyon, some of those look great but expensive … but the surly disc trucker has caught my eye
