I’ve been using the @lorealparisuk @L’Oréal Paris preference range, mixing two shades to get the perfect cool chocolate brown 🤎🍫 It is so easy yet leaves my hair feeling and looking so shiny and healthy. Colours i use are 5.0 and 6.21🤍 #haircolour

19 weeks 🦋 Slowly starting to see his movements from the outside, took a while to wrap my head around how different it’s been as I didn’t have an anterior placenta with the other 3 & felt movement quite early on! My poonch is definitely packing some extra blood these days, and let me tell you, my undies are having a full-on battle with my curtains—one’s clearly winning. Forgot how dramatic and swollen she becomes 😅 Still getting the heart flutters, my ECG came back normal as expected but remind me to book in to get a holter monitor. Bleeding gums, 4am insomnia & emptying my bladder 3 times an hour is my new norm. My heels ache in a way they’ve never ached before (I don’t think they’ve ever ached before ) not sure if pregnancy related or I’m just getting old, your guess is as good as mine😂 One minute I’m bouncing off the walls and the next I’m collapsing on the lounge I’ve got a nose like a bloodhound, I can smell what someone’s eating from a mile away, isn’t always the greatest thing living with 3 boys, one 3 year old who doesn’t flush the toilet after his 💩 I’ve mastered the art of saying, “what was I doing?” 87 times a day and sometimes struggle to string a sentence together but this is kinda normal since having my first 8 years ago 😅 Nausea has well and truely subsided (please don’t jinx it) ill never not appreciate what it’s like to feel somewhat normal 🙃 #pregnancydiary #bumpdate #19weekspregnant
