Add a bit of yogurt to the marinade and instead of tomato paste I use tomato sauce. Tomato paste is tooo concentrated for me. But easiest recipe!!

I use those shan packets too! But canned tomatoes instead of paste. Don't listen to the people who say it's inauthentic. So many desis use packets 🤣
