@reem_bakes: RECIPE 💗 4 eggs, separated 50g sugar 1 Tsp vanilla 30g sugar 20g (neutral) oil 40g boiling water 45g plain flour 1. Preheat oven to 150°c. In a bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks. 2. Add 50g sugar & vanilla and whip till almost stiff peaks, set aside 3. Whip egg yolks with 30g sugar (and more vanilla). 4. Add the oil, mix, followed by the water. 5. Mix flour till just combined 6. Gently mix in half the egg whites, and then fold in the rest 7. Add the mixture to amines cookie tray & bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until golden brown & skewer comes out clean. 8.
