昔、ブルーチーズ食べて 当たってしまって、相当痛かったし具合悪くなりました。それから、生理の時は特に、乳製品NGになってしまって…最近はやっと、チーズ食べたりできるので、食べていますが 妊娠中は不安なので食べてません😥周りは、結構生もの食べてるみたいです😅
