I need to leave my place, can’t afford a studio/1 bed and the prices of rooms are on the roof!! Like £700 zone 3 for a room where only the bed fits

It’s worked out cheaper for me to get a mortgage than to rent on my own. Issue is people haven’t got the large deposits etc. (leeds not London)
