His answer: - Learn more about the sanctions. How does it impact the roster and what does it mean to the current players? - Spend more time with your current roster. Even though you are sprinting in recruiting as soon as you get the job, don’t forget to spend more time with the players already on your team. You have to recruit your own roster as well.
