@findingkeren: Spicy Egg Wrap - healthy + flavorful Recipe: On low heat fry Trader Joe’s harissa with a bit of EVOO and create space in the center for the eggs. (I did this with only one because I was experimenting with this recipe.) Add two eggs and season with garlic powder, and fry. Then, add mini heirloom tomatos, musbrooms, and onion to the pan. Fry eggs as desired. Cook veggies until roasted. Transfer to a plate and heat two Trader Joe’s egg wrap for 30-40 seconds on each side, (1 at a time). I like to leave it until crispy. Add an egg and veggies to each wrap and top with avo & Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning.
