![I started from 0 in following. I didn’t take off on social until 2022, 2 years into this .. and 6 years into digital marketing [I had a makeup line that crashed and burned, RIP incendio beauty] But my first classes, back then on IG – I had about 3k, wasn’t on TikTok yet.. and I started teaching under a diff IG that had 0. I got it to about 2k I think? I deleted it when I put everything under my name – which I should’ve done from the get go and be proud of what I was doing. But some people said some shitty things to me that held me back. 😒 Things like, “Why would I pay for my daughter to take classes from you?” “If you start teaching classes, I’m going to kick you out of this community” [I saw myself out] “What have you done that I should pay you to learn?” And at this point, I was already about 8 years into my career .. 8!! I had worked NYFW, broadway, off broadway, commercials, feature films … I was in NYC and literally assisted and worked in any aspect of the industry that would have me. Plus I was a trainer for MAKE UP FOR EVER and got trained on how to be a trainer .. as well as a shiz ton of artistry techniques that literally shaped me. So … I felt equipped to teach, but those comments really shattered me. I respected this person. Anyways, I’m here now! with even MORE experience, insight, and lessons learned super proud to be taking up education in the beauty space. 🥳 And I’m going to give you what you need to do it, too. 🤩 So tell me, what would happen if you made an extra $85K in your business in a couple of years?](/video/cover/7444759856185085230.webp)
