@thecarboholic: The iconic Roscioli family just opened their first restaurant outside of Italy in Soho, NYC, and everybody’s talking about it. I tried their 4-course tasting menu + pairing ($105 pp), and enjoyed every bite. My favorites were the Raw Milk Burrata with Semi-Dried Tomatoes from Puglia, the Mezze Maniche alla Carbonara, and the Tiramisu.
