@sauceyrosie: Not typically one for fruits in my salads but this one I j’dore 🍑 Add the following ingredients to bowl: Mixed greens 1-2 peaches sliced 2 figs quartered crumbled goat cheese candied walnuts For the dressing, mix together the following and then toss in the salad: 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup fig balsamic vinegar (sampled this at Costco and it was incredible, bought a bottle on the spot) 1 tbsp of dijon 2 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp honey s&p to taste #peaches #peachseason #fig #salad #easysalad #summersalad #fyp
