@susi.vidal: One of my top favorite kale salads atm 😋 recipe below!! Ingredients: -1 bundle of kale -5 Brussels sprouts -1 1/2c fresh brioche bread crumbs -grated parmesan -1/2tbsp butter -3 garlic cloves grated -Salt and pepper -sliced almonds -1 avocado -Dressing: 1/4c parmesan, 2tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp mayo, lemon juice (taste and adjust), 1/2tsp Dijon mustard -chives (I used chive blossoms because I’m obsessed) Recipe: -preheat oven to 300F -combine bread crumbs, butter, grated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix to combine. add to a baking sheet with parchment paper -bake bread crumbs for 6 min, toss and bake for another 6 min until golden brown and crisp -toast almonds for 5-8min until golden brown -add chopped kale and thinly sliced Brussels sprouts to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and massage 3ish min. -add dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth -to the kale add avocado, almonds, parmesan, dressing and bread crumbs. Toss to combine. -top with chives / chive blossoms, more breadcrumbs and parmesan 😋
