@mariannas_pantry: PROTEIN RICE KRISPIE TREATS Nutrition Makes 9 squares Per 1 square: 200 kcal 2g fat 37g carbs 10g protein Ingredients: 3 tbsp light butter 1 10 oz bag of marshmallows 3 scoops @dymatize fruity pebbles whey protein isolate, or vanilla protein 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal Instructions: 1. Add butter to a large pot over medium high heat for and stir until melted. 2. Add in marshmallows stirring constantly so they don’t burn until they are melted down completely. 3. Remove from heat and mix in protein powder, until well combined, then mix in Rice Krispies. 4. Add mixture to an 8x8 baking dish and press it into the corners so it is evenly distributed. Top with some sprinkles if desired then place in the fridge to set for 5 minutes. 5.
