dont know how but my parents dogs can be snappy at times and we just take it back and say be nice and theyre gentler the second time

When my pup was still little I would give a short “Ow!” And he would always go for the treat more gently, now he’s very gentle and patient 😊

ooh ill have to play with this hold method! i usually do hold in the middle of the palm with my thumb. this seems smart though if i can coordinate it.

My dogs are grabby because I play with their mouths by holding their teeth. 😅 At least they're polite when accepting treats and they don't bite hard
