I was 14 when I saw this at the cinema, when it came out, and I was blown away. I became an instant Jim Steinman fan, and this movie lived with me throughout my life. I just got it on 4K Blu-ray, and as usual, I was blown away now in 4K. Now.. I even started my own Streets of Fire inspired Channel. I´m 56 and it was the last thing I was expecting to do, but here it is...my idea is to recreate the atmosphere of a Diane Lane type singer as if the character had continued and the film had more chapters. The first song I put to sound was this one , and before you say AI does everything, please read my description of my creative process on the videos. Ill be posting a making of video soon , so people can understand that we can use AI tools to write songs ourselves without having the AI doing everything from just a prompt. I´m not into that.
