Almost too pretty to eat 😍 Tip: don’t let your fruit go to waste. Freeze them so it’s easy to make your smoothies For this one I used whatever fruits I had in the freezer plus some extras. 1 frozen banana 1 green apple 1 cup of mangoes 1 cup of frozen blueberries 1 cup of frozen strawberries 2 tablespoons @noa_andco vanilla protein powder 3 teaspoons of @noa_andco collagen creamer 2 tablespoons of strawberry yogurt 1/2 cup of milk(any milk) A mix if Chia, Sunflower, sesame and flaxseed 1/2 cup of oats Blend, add to a bowl and top with extra fruit (Serves 4).
