@mangotastes: These were so fluffy and soft!! ✨☺️ Ingredients for 6 cupcakes: 2 egg yolks 25g sugar 20g vegetable oil 25g milk 40g all purpose flour 2g baking powder 2 egg whites 20g sugar Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 23 minutes. Cream~ 100g cream 15g sugar Mix together your egg yolks, sugar, milk and oil. Sift in your flour and fold well. In a separate bowl whisk up the egg whites and sugar to create meringue. Slowly add the meringue back into the egg yolk mixture. Mix gently and don’t over mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 23 minutes.
