@vannisaterala: Part 64. Recipe ⬇️. Chicken Satay Skewer Rice Bowl. I’ve been trying to add more veggies in our food. Ingredients 4-6 chicken thighs 3 tbsp red Thai curry paste 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp fish sauce 6-10 skewers soaked in water Bowl 4 cups cooked rice 1/4 red cabbage sliced 1 English cucumber 2-3 stalks scallions Pea sprouts ( optional) Direction 1. Trim the fat off your chicken thighs and cut them into 2 inch pieces. 2. In a separate bowl add the curry paste and coconut milk. Then sugar, fish sauce and black pepper. Mix well. 3. Pour 1/3 of the sauce to marinade the chicken. Leave it for 15 mins. 4. Chop and prep your veggies. 5. Prep your chicken with skewers. 6. Set your air fryer to 375 F and cook for 10 mins on one side then flip and cook for another 10 minutes. 7. Simmer your sauce to reduce it. 10-15 mins. 8.
