My first job was at TB, these are heaven when they are cooked properly and fresh but 99/100 times they are stale or over/under cooked

Just had two today, and the shells tasted amazing! The shells were cooked to perfection with a flaky crust and the taste was better then ever. Need to learn how to make this babies.
