Do you put all one day of milk in the pitcher and make bottles from it then the next day bag the rest and start over? Also do you warm the bottles?

It’s actually fine to shake it. If you had the capability of shaking it like a paint mixer then you’d have a problem- otherwise it’s totally fine.

Run the jar under some warm milk for a couple of seconds. Works like a charm.

Swirling milk is fine, you can even shake it. We aren’t “strong enough” to break apart the protein bonds that are in the milk. That is a misconception

I’ve used the Dr brown and just changed to a glass pitcher. They both you need to mix anyway. No harm in shaking the milk

We use a blender bottle ball, and swirl it with the same jar.
