Mince 1/2 onion finely into small pieces and slice mushrooms. 2. Dice chicken into pieces. 3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and sauté the chicken, onions, and mushroom for 5-7 minutes. 4. Add 2 Tbsp ketchup, 2 Tbsp Worcester sauce, and 2 Tbsp soy sauce and stir to combine. 5. Add 2 servings of overnight rice.
