@plink_kitchen: 🌶️ Spicy whole cauliflower roast Ingredients: 🌶️ 1 large cauliflower 🌶️Water (enough to boil the cauliflower) For the marinade: 🌶️1 cup plain yogurt (curd) 🌶️2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste 🌶️1 teaspoon turmeric powder 🌶️1 teaspoon chili powder 🌶️1 teaspoon coriander powder 🌶️1 teaspoon cumin powder 🌶️1 teaspoon black pepper powder 🌶️Instructions: 🌶️Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. 🌶️Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower, ensuring it remains intact. Rinse the cauliflower thoroughly under running water. 🌶️Carefully place the whole cauliflower into the boiling water. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until it is slightly tender. The cauliflower should still retain its shape. Remove it from the pot and let it cool. 🌶️In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and black pepper powder. Mix well to form a smooth marinade. 🌶️Once the cauliflower has cooled down, place it in a deep dish. Pour the marinade over the cauliflower, ensuring it is coated evenly on all sides. 🌶️Allow the cauliflower to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
