@katerobbllc: If you have ever had your work copied on Etsy before, you know it feels like a straight gut punch. You spend so much time coming up with creative designs, start seeing sales, and then it feels like all of that is jeopordized when someone comes along and steals something you worked so hard on. Honestly, whenever I’ve confronted sellers about copying my designs in the past, my messages have always been well received! I simply ask them to remove it using a template I have saved on my computer, and they happily do so. Yesterday didn’t go that way. Could I go through the process of reporting this to Etsy? Sure. But I’d rather focus my energy on moving forward and creating new designs that are harder to duplicate. So often I see people complaining about things out of their control when it comes to e-commerce - Etsy fees, Printify production costs, etc. Harsh truth!!! ➡️ You can spend time dwelling on those, or you can move on and do better for yourself.
