That isopropyl myristate is no joke. Never had an issue with using retinoids in 20 years but iso myristate in Retin-A broke me out. I was stunned to see derms on here saying it’s ok to use.

Winlevi and the tret i was using both had mineral oil. It was disastrous for my oily, acne prone skin.

This is a thing! The tret from Nurx gave me so much texture. I swear by The Agency’s formula, I’m back to having glass skin and no texture 😏

You can’t tell only by ingredients and not keep formula etc in mind when deciding if something will give u acne
