@jadecarolanfitness: Chilli Cheese Scrambled Eggs 🌶️🍳😍 I made these the other day with loaded breakfast potatoes, absolutely unreal! Ingredients (2) 5 eggs 30g mature cheddar (eat lean) 15g light butter 1tsp chilli flakes Mixed herbs Salt & pepper Seeds Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Melt the butter in the frying pan over a medium to high heat. Pour the eggs into the butter and turn the heat down to medium. Continuously push the eggs so they slowly scrambled. When they are almost scrambled but still runny, season with salt, chilli flakes, herbs and sprinkle in the cheese.
