@tameembadi: The only 2 exercises you need for your hamstrings🎯 My hamstrings are not as big as I want them to be however they’ve grown considerably once I focused on these 2 exercises. Obviously u can also do Barbell SLDL however I find it better used as a back exercise and with DBs you can go much more controlled without your ego getting in the way.
