that's me 😂 I'm bad taking at pills... 8 years of high blood pressure 167/90 , 150/100 different numbers but now it's 117/70 🤗 now I feel sick 🤕 my body can't take it that low

but why not explain the main reason of high blood pressure, which is caused by insulin resistance, a low carb diet will cure high blood pressure, eating to many carbs is causing this

Thanks for caring. I just found out my high BP and low potassium is being caused by both my adrenal glands over producing aldosterone.

My doctor won’t even give me blood pressure medication. I have to manage it naturally. I live in California doctors here think we are drug seekers & womt medicate us. I am not the only one

I had meningitis and bp was high the whole time I was in the 🏥 , doc never addressed it. A month later bp still ⬆️kidneys damaged but meds started

just had a pt I'm flash pulmonary edema from HTN. stopped taking her BP meds a month ago. BP was 290/190 after nitro😳

Doc, my doc put me on metoprolol. I’ve been on for a year. Tried one med before that but she changed it because I had a bad reaction to it.
