@crazykoreancooking: Our quest to try all best pizza spots continues. We are starting with nearby places first. It was the 4th of July and dad was suddenly craving pizza. We loved the place we did takeout last time but it was closed so we visited a nearby place which my hubby’s coworker highly recommended. According to the owner, this small family restaurant has “the best New York Pizza outside of New York.” Indeed their pizza was better than some of the very famous NYC spots. Looked like a whole family was working on the 4th of July holiday. 🥺 Really hope this place does even better than now. We ordered white pizza (mom and dad’s go to) and tried Guanciale pizza with guanciale (cured pork jowl or cheek) fresh mozzarella, white onions, truffle honey, chopped basil, pecorino romano and evoo. This pizza was unique and superb. They make fresh mozzarella so the cheese was so good. The crust (made from Italian imported flour) was thin and crispy but not hard.
