silly mistakes I made…. I struggled with my relationship to food at the beginning and during my journey and honestly a healthy relationship to food and good nutrition is your no.1 priority with all fitness goals….food is fuel at the end of the day <3  1. not eating enough on rest days (as much as I never struggled with a poor relationship to exercise I often had guilt on rest days around eating and would eat less because I’d done less…) I soon learnt you don’t eat food, it’s fuel you need it regardless and actually when your active those rest days use a lot of fuel too and that’s how you recover & repair….fuel well on days off!! 2. Eat. Your. Carbs 👏 pre workout carbs are a boost you need!!! Even early morning workouts I get a squares bar and banana or worst case just one or the other because it’s quick energy for my body to use and I’ll perform so much better meaning my progress and results will be better 3. Exercise not training….stop just randomly doing more, extra workouts, extra cardio, random things it’s not helping and probs burning you out! Quality & routine are the most important thing!  4. Being scared to lift the big girl weights and get bulky….doesn’t work that easily you gotta eat a hella lot and pack on a lot of size and muscle and realistically if your eating well (in a deficit if fat loss is your goal) you are going to build lean muscle and see the result you want!! Progressive over load is keyyy not something to fear 🫶🏻 5. Eat your protein and actually just eat enough!!! Get a protein source in all meals and most snacks and your good to go under eating will mean also under eating protein soo it’s not gonna help with results - fuel better not less ✨ Alll about eating better, training better, and enjoying the process!
