Vegan gyoza🥟 Ingredients wrappers (25): 250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour 150g (2/3 cup) warm water 1/2 tsp salt Method:  Combine dry ingredients, then add water. Mix until the dough becomes smooth. Add water if needed. Cove and let it rest for half hour. Roll it out and cut out the dough using a drinking up or cookie cutter.  Ingredients for filling: 200g / 7oz firm tofu 8 mushrooms 6 scallions 1 medium onion 1-2 carrots 1 tsp ginger 2 cloves garlic Vegetable oil 3 tbsp soy sauce Salt/pepper to taste Method:  Cut all the vegetables very finely and set aside. Fry minced garlic and ginger in vegetable oil and add the carrots, onions and mushrooms to the pan. Sauté for 5 mins until lightly browned. Then add crumbled tofu, scallions and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 8-10 mins on medium heat. Add 1 tsp of the filling into the centre of the wrapper and fold like in the video. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium high.  Fry the dumplings until the bottoms are lightly browned. Add water to the pan and cover with a lid. Let it cook for around 3-4 mins until the bottom is golden brown.
