I've fitted kitchens in old houses and pipes and wires can run diagonal . hit a gas pipe once in corner of room 8 feet away from oven it ran at 45 deg

they may also run across between points as long as they're within the correct zones. old houses they'll be absolutely anywhere😂

this is really dangerous information. zoning is important and it should always be assumed you cannot drill in the horizontal and vertical of a fitting

Cables can run anywhere in the real world. I've seen then horizontally across walls, round door frames to name a few

Cable zones from accessory points are up down and across each side also 150mm from the top of wall meets ceiling and also 150mm off adjoining walls
