GUYS! I had to use ALOT less tallow than I usually use of canola or olive oil too! So tallow is where it’s at!!!!

I don’t usually render with water til the second time. Cut impurities and re render with salt and water 2-3 times. No beef smell or taste will remain.

Hey lady you can just fry the excess meat and you'll see you can get more oil from that then you can make little chicharon to be your snack just add+

The reason you had a lot of chunks is they gave you trimmings and not just tallow. We got tallow when we paid for half a butchered cow and there (1/2)
