@happykidskitchen: 🍱I’ve been sharing my 10 and 8 year old’s camp lunches in my IG stories most days, but wanted to put a bunch in one place so you can reference them for ideas if you need them. ⭐️Reminders: Every child is different so don’t worry or compare. Just because I pack it, doesn’t mean they eat it all (I’m looking at you, veggies 👀 😂). And it’s great if you pack the same thing or similar things for every lunch if that’s what works for your child. I’ve learned by testing out many bento boxes over the years that there’s no perfect one for every child. It really depends on how much they eat, what kinds of foods they eat, and many other factors that I go over in my blog post, The Best Bento Lunch Boxes for Kids, on happykidskitchen.com. Melt cheese on a large tortilla, smash on some seasoned black beans and any veg you want. Same clip had a veggie tuna salad: grated carrot, diced pickles, celery, tuna, mayo, and mustard. Planetbox Rover. 2️⃣Snack lunch is a fav of my 10 yo. Salami, cheese, and crackers, fruit, veg, and a cookie. Planetbox Rover.3️⃣Chicken tender wrap: leftover chicken tenders chopped up with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and wrapped in a large tortilla. @bentgo stainless steel bento.4️⃣Thermos lunches are a favorite of my 8 yo. Leftover spaghetti with turkey-veggie sauce. Thermos is by thermos brand. Small container by sestima.5️⃣Croissant sandwich with mayoketch, turkey, avocado, and lettuce. Bentgo stainless steel bento. 6️⃣Mini bagel pizzas in the air fryer: toast bagel (air fry 400 for 2 min), top with spinach, sauce, and cheese (and any other toppings like the diced pepperoni here). Air fry or bake (400 for 7-8 min). Planetbox Launch.7️⃣Tortilla with hummus, lettuce, and grated carrot. @yumboxlunch panino. 8️⃣Bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on brioche roll.
