@munchinwithmaddie_: the key to liking veggies…PEANUT SAUCE 😂 RECIPE (gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free): for the roasted broccoli: -1 lb broccoli florets (cut any of them that are really large) -1 tbsp olive oil -salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste for the peanut sauce: -1/4 cup creamy natural peanut butter (i used @Spread The Love Foods ) -1 tbsp coconut aminos -1 tsp sesame oil -1 tsp honey or maple syrup -1/2 tsp fresh minced ginger -juice from 1/2 lime -squirt of sriracha -dash of garlic powder -salt to taste -2-3 tbsp of water as needed to thin it out optional toppings: -chopped peanuts -chopped green onion -lime wedge preheat oven to 450F. add broccoli to a large sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil & season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. toss to coat. spread out evenly, trying to make sure nothing overlaps. bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden & tender. meanwhile, mix together all peanut sauce ingredients in a small bowl. drizzle peanut sauce over the broccoli & top with peanuts, green onion and a lime wedge. enjoy! #broccoli #broccolirecipes #peanutbutter #peanutsauce #roastedvegetables #roastedbroccoli #asianinspired #easyandhealthy #healthyrecipes #glutenfreedairyfree #glutenfreevegan
