@boredoflunch: Airfryer Sausage Roll Wrap Bites (66 cals each) I love a sausage roll but I usually feel stinkin and real guilty after eating one 😂 so here is a lot fat and low calorie version made in a flash in the Airfryer. Tag someone who needs to make you these 😉 Ingredients - 6 low fat sausages - 1 wholemeal wrap - Tsp of Sage and rosemary 🍃 - 1 beaten egg 🥚 - 1 tsp of sesame seeds, roughly 6g 1. Remove the sausage from the skins into a bowl 2. Add herbs 3. Spread across the wrap and keep the edges free for the egg wash 4. Egg wash round the meat then roll and cut into slices, I made 8 5. Glaze again and add seeds 6. Airfry for 10 mins at 200 Served with brown sauce.
