Why isn’t it mandatory to have Pool Fences around pools in the U.S? I am shocked!!! We have strict Pool Regulations in Australia. Any pool (inflatables included) above 30cm has to be fenced or have a barrier minimum height 1.2m. Then you need a Certificate of Compliance issued by the local Council. 30cm may sound ridiculous to some to have a barrier but young kids have died in less water. I just don’t understand
