DAMP! Works best for all my clients! Unless they’re a level 10 and need to kick out a little brass then it can be wet

fresh highlights wet since the cuticle is open, re tone always dry to give it time saturate through the lowered cuticle.

Depends for me. If I want it to be lighter and bright, I tone wet but if I want a deep, richer look I tone hair dry! Love you bestie!!! 💕
