Kinda looks short like a kid and there is another one that looks taller. Maybe try to cleanse tour house. You might be on a burial ground or something since it’s a new build. Or someone brought something old into the house that has spirits attached.

I know this is old, but I had a VERY similar issue. It followed my wife and I home from a hike in the woods near our house. It tormented me for about 2 months before I'd had ENOUGH. I was angry. Not scared. I told it it had no power over me, and I was no longer scared. I demanded it leave. It did. They feed off your fear. They need it. Don't give it to them.
