I messed with this recipe for a while and I’m so pleased with the final result. Fluffy and moist with a lemony tone and a hint of lavender. Floral flavours can be overpowering so getting the amounts just right is paramount. My dad was visiting from Spain when I made it and he ate half of it in one sitting!
