It’s awesome just sweet n’ salty, but here here’s how to pimp yours up with a naughty protein boost and your favourite Choccy! 💪 Serves 1: roughly 5-6 cups 🍿 Calories & Macros📊 Per bowl: 349 calories 20g P | 52g C | 8g F Ingredients✅ - 60g unpopped kernels (you can add a little more as not all of the kernels will pop) - 25g your favourite chocolate (I used Cadbury dairy milk 🤌) - 30ml unsweetened almond milk - 15g Chocolate protein powder (I used @proteinworks ) - Low cal Cooking spray - Pinch of Salt (helps bring out the flavour even more) Method ⏰ 1. Give a microwave safe bowl a couple sprays with the cooking spray then add the popcorn kernels (tilt the bowl to get an even layer) and give them another spray. Then cover the bowl with cling film and Microwave for 5 minutes. 2. In another bowl add the chocolate and almond milk and microwave for 10 seconds just till the chocolate is melted, and mix to combine.  3. Now add the protein powder and mix again to remove clumps 4. Pour the coating over your popcorn and mix well with your hands till fully coated, then evenly spread it out on a lined baking tray and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavours (forgot to mention in (vid) and freeze for 5-10 mins to set the chocolate.
