Ohhhhhhhh......I used to just....chop the butter smaller and mix it with my hands.....because I thought I had to literally cut the butter

can u use ur hands or will body heat affect the solidity of the butter (might melt it)?

Love you and this. If you have a food processor you can put the blade in the freezer when you put in your butter pieces and use that.

I’ve also used a longer fork, but definitely prefer a pastry cutter.
