I did breast milk in a bottle for nap then nursing at bed. After a few weeks, bottle at bed. Then started replacing breast milk with whole milk.

Just soothing and holding baby like yo do while they breastfeed helps. Just cold milk is okay too. Snacks all through the day. 3 meals a day lots of❤️
