Golden oreo cookie bars 🥛🤍 #baketok #cookiebars Ingredients 2 eggs 245g salted butter (melted) 155g brown sugar 65g granulated sugar 1 tablespoon vanila bean paste (or 1 + 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 340g all-purpose flour 75g white chocolate chip 15 crushed golden oreo pieces 8 golden oreo pieces for topping INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan. Line the pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted salted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using a whisk until well mixed. 3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) and salt until the mixture is well combined. 4. Sift the all-purpose flour, and baking powder into the bowl. Using a spatula, gently fold in the ingredients until just combined. 5. Add the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreo pieces to the batter, and fold them in with a spatula until evenly distributed. 6. Pour the batter into the greased and lined baking pan, spreading it out with a spatula. Sprinkle crushed Oreo pieces on top. 7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. 9.
