Can’t possibly be good for your property if it isn’t allowed to drain. Some cities won’t allow it if it can’t drain.

Had fake grass myself. Best thing ever for my situation. Use it all year round. Doesn’t get hot like people say. Ideal for kids and dog. Everyone diff
