@emmacotton: I was hoping to avoid trips to the doctor while we were here but who did i think i was with a toddler. It wasnt a bad experience just a little nerve wracking knowing there was going to be a language barrier. Tylenol for an ear infection is interesting. in the US they'd immediately prescribe amoxicillin. not sure if that's a good thing
