Seeing this August 2025. Bought my home in 2019 for the low pre covid rate and loved it for 6 years. But I just turned 40 and I’m tied!!! People think im crazy for going from 3000 sqft house to 1500 sqft apartment but I can’t wait. Sick of house repairs and lawn maintenance . The apartment I’m getting is brand new in the city of Fayetteville with every amenity you could ask for. I CAN’T WAIT!!!! Thank you for sharing your story 🥰

We sold our 2000sq home and went into an 800 sq condo. I feel lighter less bills easier and can now not worry about the roof, things breaking down . We need to normalize alternative living and not be so judgmental in the US. I love my small space ❤️🙏 best of luck
