Dry ice is safe to drink but it carbonates the lemonade, I made edible glittery lemonade for a baseball game when I owned a food truck and it was lemonade soda by the end of the game lol

You can drink something with dry ice in it but can't take the ice in your mouth and eat it, the ice helps with marketing because of its cool effect and makes the lemonade carbonated

Every Halloween my grandparents would dress up & serve treats to trick or treaters. A punch bowl with dry ice for effect was always the centerpiece! They did this for 50 years! No one got sick or died. You just need education & common sense 😅

The ice is at the top evaporating and the spigot is at the bottom. As the dry ice evaporates it goes out of the container.

Just make sure your drink isn't bubbling after you poor it and you will be fine if it is bubbling wait till it stops and you will be fine. The only risk is ingesting dry ice so just make sure its gone
