It’s wild especially because they are building tons of new apartments all over town, but rent is outrageous. Our apartments rent out units as Airbnb

I live in a place that sweeps camps, rent is $3000 for a 4 bedroom. Affordable housing doesn’t exist. 🥺

The housing crisis is terrible in southern Oregon too. There’s such a lack of resources for everyone. Abysmal prices for low quality property as well
