@ashowens_: I've been experiencing hormonal acne for the first time this year since I was a teenager and as someone with sensitive skin, I really have the be careful with the active products I use to treat acne. The @La Roche-Posay Effaclar products are truly exactly what I needed! Here are my fave products and when I use them in my routine: - Effaclar Gel Face Wash: I use this one in the mornings and as I second cleanse in the evening after removing my makeup. It cleanses my skin perfectly and gently removes built up oil and dirt that accumulates overnight and throughout the day without stripping my skin barrier or making my skin feel tight. - Effaclar Concentrate Serum: I'm currently using this in the mornings and I love that it's treating my skin throughout the day but it's still super hydrating and my makeup sits on top of it perfectly! It's got a super gentle amount of Salicylic & Glycolic acid in it to keep oil at bay and reduce the amount of blackheads while also plumping and smoothing the skin. - Effaclar Concentrate Serum: A couple of nights a week if I've got some new, angry and active spots I use this guy as a spot treatment.. this one is a cult favourite all around the world and I can definitely see why! It helps to quickly stimulate cell renewal and deeply exfoliates dead skin, it's also a good one to pop on any. spots that you're tempted to pick!!! Do not pick!!!! #LaRochePosayAUNZ #Effaclar AD.
